In the center of the print is an eight-story structure with solid walls at the corners and rows of windows in between. Attached to the structure and extending to the lower right corner of the print is a one-story building with solid walls and various shapes on its roof, including some trees. This same structure has a raised portion with windows and a cross emblem. Extending further is a covered entrance with a driveway and vehicles. Scattered throughout the drawing are trees, vehicles, sidewalks, and figures that appear to be wearing nun's habits. There are more trees in the background. There is a white border on all sides.
