Description

Lacey Policeman, 1973. This single black and white film negative strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show a Lacey police officer in glasses holding a bundle of what appears to be bags of marijuana in a towel. Image 38 shows the man holding the bundle of marijuana. He has a smirk on his face, and his mouth is not opened. Image 39 is very similar to the previous image, but here the man has an open-mouthed smile. There is also what appears to be an air conditioning unit mounted in the wall behind the man. In this image, a label reading "SEARS" is visible along the bottom edge of the air conditioning unit. Image 40 is similar to the previous two images, but here the officer has a larger smile on his face. Visible in the bottom-right corner of the image is a flower's bloom. Printed in alternation along the right-hand edge of this film negative strip is "KODAK SAFETY FILM" and "KODAK TRI X PAN FILM."
