Seder Dinner, Unknown Date. These three black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show at left a standing woman in a jacket and turtleneck sweater holding a tall coffee or tea pot, at center a man in a suit and tie seated at a dinner table, and at right a man in clergyman's clothing holding a wine bottle. These images appear to have been captured in the dining room of a private residence. Image 42 shows the man at right preparing to pour wine for the seated man. The seated man and the woman are both looking at the wine bottle. The photographer is standing on the right-hand side of the table, closest to the man in the clergyman's clothing. Image 43 is very similar to the previous image, but here the seated man is looking up toward the man at right. Image 44 is very similar to the previous image, but here the photgrapher has moved to the left-hand side of the table, nearest to the man. This image is oriented horizontally. Image 1 is very similar to the previous image, but here the image is oriented vertically. Image 2 is very similar to image 44, but here the man at right is examining the wine bottle. Image 3 is nearly identical to image 2. Image 4 is very similar to the previous two images, but here the photographer has moved back to the right-hand side of the image frame. A window with open curtains is visible behind the woman. Image 5 is nearly identical to images 2 and 3. Image 6 is very similar to image 5, but here the image is oriented vertically. Image 7 is nearly identical to image 6. Image 8 shows the seated man lifting his wine glass toward the wine bottle held by the man at right. Image 9 is nearly identical to image 8.
Printed in alternation along one long edge of all of these film negative strips is "KODAK SAFETY FILM" and "KODAK TRI X PAN FILM."Made/Created
