Women with Raggedy Ann Doll, Unknown Date. These two black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show two women playing with a Raggedy Ann doll. Image 38 shows the two women looking at each other and laughing. The doll is between them. Image 39 shows the woman on the left looking down at the doll and the woman on the right looking at the camera. Both women are smiling. Image 40 shows both women looking at the doll. Image 41 shows the doll on the left and the two women on the right. They are looking at the doll and smiling. Image 42 is very similar to image 41, but here the photographer has moved backward several feet. Image 43 is similar to image 40, but here a doorway is partially visible in the background. Image 44 is nearly identical to the previous image. This image is oriented horizontally. Image 1 is very similar to the previous image, but here the image is oriented vertically. Image 2 shows a piece of the doll which reads "LOVE." Image 3 shows both women facing toward the left-hand side of the image. The doll is in between the two women. Image 4 is very similar to the previous image, but here both women are smiling.
Printed in alternation along one long edge of these strips is "KODAK SAFETY FILM" and "KODAK TRI X PAN FILM."Made/Created
