Description

Black and white photo of Destroyer Division 32. There are five ships with their bows pointing at the camera. The one on the left is only partially visible. On each of the ships there is an awning over the fore deck, and behind that is the windows of the bridge, and then a mast and smoke stacks. There is a larger ship behind the destroyer at the right. Large numbers are on the hulls, the ones at the left being 302 and 306. Behind the ships is the waters of Puget Sound and some hills. At the right of the print are pilings and timbers of docks. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "U. S. Destroyer Division 32, Olympia, July 15, 926. #27". On the back is stamped "6800". This print is inserted in an envelope that has written on it "Olympia July 15-19, 1926 U. S. Destroyer Division 32". A stamp says "23" and "indexed".
