The building has ten stories visible with more behind the houses in the foreground. There are multiple windows on each floor. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#77" and "1928". On the back is "1982".
The photo is inserted into a brown envelope along with a negative of the image. Typed on the envelope is "Seattle Summer, 1928 Hotel Exeter from University Street". Stamped is "77" and "indexed".Made/Created
