Behind that is a two-story building with an awning on the lower floor and windows on the upper floor. Next to the building are barrels, a pile of oyster shells, people, and a horse. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#222" and "10/15/29". On the back is "2410".
The print is inserted along with a negative of the image into a brown envelope. On the envelope is typed "New Orleans--Oyster Shells bak [sic]of French Market 10/15/29". Stamped is "222" and "indexed".Made/Created
