Description

Olympia Little Theatre, 1978. This single black and white contact print strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show thirteen people posing for a group photo with a dog on the Olympia Little Theatre stage. Image 14 shows the thirteen people posing for the photo. Three people, all women, are seated on a couch at the center of the photo. One man crouches at both the left and right ends of the couch. Three women and five men are standing in a row behind the couch. The dog is sitting on the floor between the right-hand woman on the couch and the man crouching to the right of the couch. Both of these people are petting the dog. A coffee table is in front of the couch. On top of the coffee table are four books, an ashtray, a small disposable cup and what appears to be a handbag. Some of the theatre's seats are visible at the right-hand side of the image. A post or thin column is visible at the left-hand side of the image. Image 15 is very similar to the previous image, but here the woman petting the dog is laughing. Image 16 is very similar to the two previous images, but here the woman who was petting the dog in the two previous images has her arms crossed on her lap and she is looking to her right. She is shown in profile. The man to the right of the couch is petting the dog.
