Description

Ken Balsley, Unknown Date. This single black and white contact print strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show an unknown woman sitting at a desk, and Ken Balsley's face from several angles. Image 39 shows a woman seated at a desk and speaking on a telephone. She is holding the telephone handset to her left ear with her left hand. She is turned away from the camera. The woman has fairly short, curly hair and she appears to be wearing a polo-style shirt. On the desk are several documents, a coffee cup, the telephone cradle, and a large greeting card with flowers on it. The wall to the woman's right is wood paneled. Image 40 shows a man (Ken Balsley) with a goatee wearing glasses. The camera is quit close to his face, and only his head is visible in the image. He is facing directly toward the camera. There is a blurry reflection visible in his glasses. He is not smiling. The background is blurry, but he appears to be in a room with wood-paneled walls. Image 41 is similar to the previous image, but here Mr. Balsley has turned his head partially toward the right-hand side of the image frame. Image 42 is similar to the previous two images, but here Mr. Balsley has turned his head toward the left-hand side of the image frame. Image 43 shows Mr. Balsley with his head turned slightly toward the left-hand side of the image frame. Mr. Balsley is looking toward the camera.
