George Elder photo album, 1918-1923. Black cover with black pages. "Photographs" embossed in gold on the front cover. Inside front cover is written in pencil: "To George From Mamie 12-25-1918". Photographs are glued to all but the last page. They range in date from September 26, 1918 to July 4, 1923.
It is suspected that the album is from his wife, Mary. It appears that many of the photographs feature George, his wife Mary and their children, George, Tom, Jack and Fran. There are pictures of their home on Blackford Avenue (Fones Rd.), known as the Skinner House.
In a separate folder are photographs that have become separate from the album.Made/Created
