Clear glass Samco 1 pint glass canning jar. Jar is cylindrical in shape with rounded squared off sides. Mouth of jar is threaded for a screw-on lid. Mold seam on two corners go from base side to the top of the mouth without going over the top. There is a horizontal seam where mouth and base were separately applied. The following is embossed on the side: "Samco" (in a circle) "Genuine" and "MASON" and on the bottom: "9" with a line under it. The base of the jar has a rough circular mark with a smaller circle within.
