Description

Clear glass Kerr one-quart wide mouth canning jar. The jar is cylindrical in shape with a flat top and no screw threads. The mold seams on the side extend from a horizontal seam on the side very near the bottom and go up to but not over the flat ridge near the lip. Besides the seam near the bottom, there is a seam where the top meets the base (on the shoulder of the base). Embossed: on the side: "Kerr" "Economy" "trademark" and on the bottom: "Kerr Glass Mfg Co" "Sand Springs Okla." "Pat 7 June 9 1903". Slight chip at base. Some bubbles and rough seams.
