Father John Scott and Gary Stosfkopf, 1976. These three black and white contact print strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show two men (Gary Stosfkopf at left and Father John Scott at right) posing together for photographs. Mr. Stosfkopf is wearing a blazer and diagonally-striped tie while Father Scott is wearing a blazer and a shirt with a clerical collar. The two men are shown from the waist up in all of the images. Image 31 shows the two men posing for a photo. The men are shaking hands, and each man is holding onto one end of a bank check. The men are turned partially toward each other. Both men are looking toward the camera, and neither man is smiling. There is a blank wall behind the two men, and a portion of a framed art piece is visible hanging on the wall at the left-hand edge of the image. Images 32 and 33 are nearly identical to image 31. Image 35 shows the two men standing in very similar positions in relation to eachother as in the previous three images, but here the men are not shaking hands or passing the check from one to the other. Here the men are also standing in front of a window with vertical blinds. Images 36 and 37 are nearly identical to image 35. Image 38 is very similar to the previous three images, but here Father Scott is looking off toward the left of the camera. Image 39 shows the two men looking toward each other and laughing. Image 40 is nearly identical to image 35. Image 41 shows the two men looking toward each other and not laughing.Made/Created
