Description

Clear glass (mostly obscured by an embossed pattern) drinking glass with screw threads at the top for a screw-on lid and image of a boy embossed on the side. This glass was intended for mixing milk and a powder, sold by the same company that sold the glass, to provide a liquid meal. There are faint mold seams on the sides that extend from a horizontal seam on the bottom up to a horizontal seam just below the threaded top. The top has vertical seams that are offset from the side seams, and extend up to but not over the lip. Embossed on the side: A picture of a boy with the word "toddy" above his forehead. "a meal in a glass" also a vertical line with marks for measuring the contents; on the bottom: "b" "9".
