Description

Black and white negative of a cannon at Priest Point Park The barrel of the cannon extends across the image at the center, and is supported by what appears to be a wooden stand. The cannon is on grass, and behind it is shrubs and trees. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#443" and "7/4/33". The negative is inserted, along with a print of the image, into a brown envelope that has typed "Olympia July 4, 1933 Civil War bronze 18-pounder gun at City Park". (The word "city" is crossed out in pencil and above it is written "Priest Point".) Stamped is "443" and "indexed".
