Description

Blue glass Ball one-quart canning jar. The jar is cylindrical in shape with a flat top and wire bail for securing the lid. The side mold seams extend from a circular mold seam on the bottom up to and over the lip. On the bottom is a circular mold seam with a second seam inside and slightly off center. There is a horizontal mold seam where the top of the base meet. Embossed: On the side near the top "wire side" "2 25" On the side "Ball" "Ideal" "Pat'D July 14, 1908" On the bottom "10" with a small line below.
