Description

Light blue glass Ball one-quart canning jar. The jar is cylindrical in shape. The mouth of the jar is threaded for a screw-on lid and has a flat surface for a rubber seal. There is a horizontal seam where the mouth was attached to the base. The side seam lines run from the bottom circular seam line up to and over the lip. There is a circular mold seam on the bottom and a second seam mark inside but off center. The jar is embossed with the following: On the side: "Ball" "PERFECT MASON" On the bottom: "2".
