Metal spoke pointer for shaping the ends of buggy spokes to permit them to fit in the felloe (wheel rim). A cast metal cone with an adjustable (sliding) metal cutting blade on the inside of the cone is fastened to a square rod by a set-screw. The rod is shaped to fit the chuck of a hand drilling brace.
