Set of two brass door knobs which fit opposite each other on a square steel shaft.One knob is fastened to the shaft with a set screw while the other knob is only slipped onto the shaft. Both knobs are cylindrical in shape but one is slightly rounded across the diameter and the other is flat and the parts have been pressed together.
Information in the accession file states that the knob set came from the basement science lab door in the old Lacey School (1913 section).Made/Created
