Description

Segment of a tree trunk or limb in the shape of a cylinder with the number "31" embedded in one of the cut faces. The embedding would seem to have been made with a marking hammer. One cut face is quite smooth while the other is rough. The bark is present and is a grey color. At one point on the side of the cylinder is a saw cut through the bark into the core about 1.5 inches.
