Clear glass rectangular 3" tall bottle with a round neck and lip. There are mold seams at two of the corners that extend from the bottom up to and over the lip. There is a rectangular seam on the bottom and a round horizontal seam under the lip. Embossed on the bottom is a diamond with an "8" below.
