Description

Clear glass rectangular bottle. The bottle has a metal cap screwed on the top. The cap is completely covered in rust. About 3/4 of the way up the bottle becomes a narrow round neck. There are mold seams at two of the corners and on the side of the neck that extend from the bottom up to and under the cap. There is a seam below the top and a horizontal seam at the bottom. Embossed on one side in script is "Chas. H. Fletcher's" and on the other side is embossed "castoria". On the bottom is embossed "P" in a circle and "USA 6". The bottle was used to sell a laxative. Bottle was found on the Kinney family property 920 Sleater-Kinney Rd NE, Lacey, WA.
