Description

Clear glass one-quart canning jar with wire bail and glass lid. The lid has a cover groove for the wire bail to fit into. Embossed on the side is "wire side" "Presto glass top" and "mfd. by Illinois glass Co. 217 4x". Embossed on the bottom is "I" inside a diamond, "M-EK" inside a raised circle, and "3". There are mold seams on the side that extend from the bottom up to but not over the lip. There are horizontal seams at the bottom and at the shoulder.
