Clear glass flask-style one-fifth quart liquor bottle with screw top and rusted metal cap attached. The reverse side of the bottle is concave so as to mimic the shape of a flask. The bottle is embossed with vertical and horizontal lines that form a decoration. Also embossed on the side is "federal law forbids sale or reuse of this bottle" and "Washington State Liquor Control Board" around an image of George Washington. On the bottom is embossed "D-2" and "87-7".
