Unidentified People, 1977. These three black and white contact print strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show four young people posing together for photos, a piece of wall art, people cleaning a car, and a firefighter using the jaws of life on the trunk of a car. Image 16 shows two young men and two young women posing for a group photo. In the back left is a young woman in a dress with puffed shoulders. In the back right is a tall young man wearing a letterman's sweater over a pair of overalls and a plaid shirt. At the bottom left is a young man in a suit with a vest and a tie. At the bottom right is a young woman wearing a polka-dotted dress. All four of these people are looking toward the camera and smiling. Image 17 is very similar to the previous image, but here the woman in the lower right is looking toward her right. Image 18 shows the same group of young people, but here they are in different positions relative to each other. At left is the young man in the letterman's sweater. He is kneeling down and is holding a slingshot. Second from left is the young man in the suit. Second from right is the young woman in the polka-dotted dress. At the far right is the young woman wearing the dress with puffed shoulders. Image 40 shows a diamond-shaped piece of wall art hanging on a wood-paneled wall. Image 41 shows a man holding the driver's side door of a car open. A person wearing a hat, glasses and a polka-dotted scarf around their neck is sitting in the driver's seat of the car. Image 42 shows a person in jeans and a plaid shirt leaning over into the open driver's side door of a car and vacuuming the interior. Four people are standing on the opposite side of the car from the camera. Image 43 shows two seated people holding hands. Image 44 shows a firefighter kneeling next to a car with the driver's side front and rear doors removed. Image 1 shows a firefighter using a device which appears to be the "jaws of life" on the trunk of a car. Image 7 and 8 are very similar to the previous image, but the images were captured from different angles. Image 4 shows a fireman using a device which appears to be the "jaws of life" on the trunk of a car. The fireman is standing on the car's rear bumper. Several adults and children are watching from the background. This image is oriented horizontally.
