Description

OUTI Open House, 1973. This single black and white film negative strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show a man examining a wooden stake which he has pulled out of the ground while one woman and two men watch. The man holding the stake is balding and has a mustache. He is wearing glasses, a jacket and vertically striped pants. He is kneeling down in all of these images. A second man wearing a denim jacket and jeans is also kneeling down, and he is holding a large, folded piece of paper in his right hand. The standing man is wearing a blazer and tie. The woman is wearing a thigh-length coat over a floral-print dress. All of these images were captured outside of what appears to be a home or small office. Two pickup trucks are visible parked in the driveway of the house or office.
