Description

Wooden plaque with a brass plate, two brass torches, and a brass relief of the Revolutionary fife and drum solders plus a circular seal with the British emblem, and around the outside of the circle "By appointment to Her Majesty the Queen, Scotch Whisky Distillers John Walker & Sons Ltd". Brass plate is on lower half of plaque and is shield shape. Etched into it is: 'To Lacey's First and Finest Mayor, A. G. Homann, From Lacey Police Dept., Birthday Greetings, 1969". On the back is a sticker with "A-1 Trophies & Awards, 2420 E. 4th 357-7656, Olympia, Washington" and a loop for hanging.
