Wood and brass plaque. Three brass plates are affixed to the front of the wood. The top plate is a red, white, and blue painted Camp Fire Girl symbol. It has two logs and a red fire in a rounded white triangle bordered with blue. The middle plate is embossed: "In grateful appreciation to Anna Homann for your supporting membership in the President's Association of Camp Fire Girls, Inc." and has a brass screw in each corner. The bottom plate has the year: "1983".
The back is plain, except near the top at center there is an elongated oval cavity.Lexicon
