Black and white negative of the Capitol group and some reflections. In the foreground is a body of water and in the center is the Capitol group and reflections of steam from a locomotive. The locomotive is not visible, but the steam suggests it is on a track at the bottom of a bluff below the Capitol group. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "Olympia #750 1936".
The negative is inserted along with a print of the image into a cream colored envelope that has typed "Olympia 1936 Reflection in bay" stamped is "750" and "indexed"Made/Created
