Description

Wooden plaque with metal plate and with an object molded in the shape of a carpenter's hammer. The object appears to be a plastic mold and is painted gold. The object is attached with two screws which enter from the back of the plaque. On the metal plate are the words "Presented by Dujardin Custom Homes, Inc. to Mayor Karen Fraser & City of Lacey, Washington in Recognition of Outstanding Community Spirit and Dedication to Housing for the Elderly South Sound Villa Lacey, Washington 1977".
