Wood, metal and plastic plaque. There are five brass plates and three round plastic wreath molds attached. The upper left wreath, in red and gold, has the image of a four-leaf clover with the initials "I", "A", and "F" in the upper leaves and "AFL-CIO CIC" in the lower leaf. In a circle are the words "International Association Firefighters". The upper right wreath has, in red and gold, the City of Lacey image and the words "City of Lacey". The center wreath has an image of shaking hands. Four small brass plates have etched respectively "1988 $2500.00", "1989 $3500.00", "1990 $4500.00", and "1991 $11,000.00". The larger brass plate had the words etched "Lacey Professional Firefighters Local 2903 Recognizes & Appreciates the 'City of Lacey' For its support & Help in Fighting Muscular Dystrophy 'Together For Jerry's Kids'". On the back is a sticker that says "Congratulations from Tags Trophies 3643 Pacific Ave. SE Olympia, WA 98501 (206) 491-2525".Made/Created
