Description

Metal bell with clapper and attachment device. The object is heavily corroded. The bell housing is cone shaped. The clapper is a round ball suspended by a wire from the center of the cone. The attachment device is a metal strip formed in an oblong shape that would slide onto a belt or collar. The object was apparently attached to an animal, probably a cow, to keep track of its location. The object was found on the Kinney family property at 920 Sleater-Kinney Rd NE
