Description

Metal and wood eggbeater. The object has a framework with a shaped wooden handle at one end, a toothed wheel turned by a hand crank in the center, and bowed interlocking mixing flanges at the other end. The teeth on the wheel mesh with gear teeth on the mixing flanges to turn them. On one side of the teethed wheel are the words "The Taplin Mfg. Co. New Britain Conn. USA". On the other side is "Light Running Pat. Nov. 24-08".
