Description

Wood and metal (copper) printer's plate used to transfer an image to paper. The copper plate has been engraved with an image and is intended for use in an offset printing press. The plate is attached to a wooden block with small nails so as to fit in the printing tray of the press. On the back of the wooden block is a printout of the image on the plate. This plate was used in printing the Lacey School annual "Rosebud". The image is present on the back of the block. It is a head and shoulder shot of a woman wearing glasses.
