Description

Wood and metal (copper) printer's plate used to transfer an image to paper. The copper plate has been engraved with an image and is intended for use in an offset printing press. The plate is attached to a wooden block with small nails so as to fit in the printing tray of the press. This plate was used in printing the Lacey School annual "Rosebud" and is a picture of the 1931 boy's baseball team. Front row (L to R): Williard Miller Jr., Earl Prichard, Dick Levesque, Ford Mullen, and Mr. C. M. Manley. Second row: Cyrus Dimmick, Billie Ottinger, Earnest Cheadle, George Amans, Emil Zindt, and Harry Firkins.
