Description

Wood and metal (copper) printer's plate used to transfer an image to paper. The copper plate has been engraved with an image and is intended for use in an offset printing press. The plate is attached to a wooden block with small nails so as to fit in the printing tray of the press. This plate was used in printing the Lacey School annual "Rosebud" and is a picture of the 1930 faculty. First row (LtoR): Miss Grace Hagen, Miss Dorothy Jacobson, Mr. William Miller, Miss Margaret Flynn, and Miss Virginia Malloy. Second row: Miss Agnes Hamilton, Mr. C. M. Manley, Miss Frances Huwald, and Miss Elizabeth Gerlitz.
