Description

Wood and metal (copper) printer's plate used to transfer an image to paper. The copper plate has been engraved with an image and is intended for use in an offset printing press. The plate is attached to a wooden block with small nails so as to fit in the printing tray of the press. This plate was used in printing the Lacey School annual "Rosebud". The plate is a photo of a class with 18 individuals but could not be given a date or matched to any printed photo.
