Black and white photo of the framework of a steel scow. There is a flat base supported on timbers, and above that is a framework made up of steel beams and metal plates. There is what appears to be a hose running from the base to the bottom of the image. Water is visible under the base and on the other side of the scow. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "Olympia #825 7/12/37". On the back is a seal-shaped stamp with words that are unreadable, and below that is a date "Jul 12 1937". Also stamped is "D 23".
The photo is inserted, along with a negative of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "Olympia 7/12/37 Frame of steel scow". Stamped is "825" and "indexed".Made/Created
