Black and white negative of the framework of a steel scow. There is a flat base supported on timbers, and above that is a framework made up of steel beams and metal plates. There is what appears to be a hose running from the base to the bottom of the image. Water is visible under the base and on the other side of the scow. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "Olympia #825 7/12/37".
The negative is inserted, along with a print of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "Olympia 7/12/37 Frame of steel scow". Stamped is "825" and "indexed".Made/Created
