Beyond the cars is a sidewalk with more spectators, and above the sidewalk is a fixed awning. Above that is part of a building with a row of windows. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "Olympia #973 8/27/38". On the back is a stamp with an oval border and the words "certainteed guaranteed Aug 29 1938 process". Stamped is "16".
The photo is inserted, along with a negative of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "Olympia 8/27/38 Pet Parade from my office window". Stamped is "973" and "indexed". Red pencil has crossed out the "973" and written "972".Made/Created
