Lyle Parsons Bell Ringing, 1975. These two black and white film negative strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show a man (Lyle Parsons) ringing a bell mounted on a very tall wooden frame. Lyle Parsons was the chairman of the Tumwater School Board, suggesting that the bell he is ringing in these images is at one of the Tumwater Schools.
