The tug has a dark hull and white superstructure. The barge has a dark hull and white tanks on its deck. There are structures and utility poles beyond the dock. There is a white border on all sides and in the bottom border is "Olympia #1116 7/31/39".
The negative is inserted, along with a print of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "Olympia 7/31/39 Tug with oil tank barge". Stamped is "1116" and "indexed".Made/Created
