Description

Model Litter Control Act, Unknown Date. This single black and white film negative strip was created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show seven young people posing for photos alongside a van. All of these people are wearing matching shirts which appear to read "Department of Ecology," aside from the young man at the far left, who is wearing a shirt with the recycle symbol on it. The two young people at the center are each holding a bag with the recycle symbol on it, as well as "MODEL LITTER CONTROL ACT." There is a large brick building in the background. All three of these images are nearly identical to each other. Printed at intervals along the top edge of this film negative strip is "KODAK SAFETY FILM" and "KODAK TRI X PAN FILM."
