Two part metal 5-inch embroidery ring. This object consists of an outer and an inner ring which permits the cloth to be stretched for applying stiching. The inner ring is faced with cork. The outer ring has a spring that permits it to stretch and clasp the cloth tightly. On the inside of the outer ring are letters stamped that appear to be in part "M?RU" and "patented".
