Unidentified People, 1973. These six black and white contact print strips were created for the Lacey Leader newspaper. These images show five men and one woman posing individually for photos. Image 6 shows a man with a receding hairline wearing glasses and a suit a tie posing for a photo. His head and body are oriented toward the left-hand side of the image frame. His mouth is opened slightly He is shown from the mid-chest up. Image 7 is very similar to the previous image, but here the man has turned his head more toward the camera. He is looking toward the camera. Image 8 is very similar to the previous images, but here the man is turned partially toward the right-hand side of the image frame. His mouth is not open. Image 9 is nearly identical to the previous image. Image 10 shows a man with hair parted toward his right wearing a suit and tie. His tie has a small pin or similar object on it. His head and body are turned partially toward the left-hand side of the image frame. He is looking toward the camera and smiling slightly. Image 11 is nearly identical to image 10. Image 12 is very similar to the previous images, but here the man is turned partially toward the right-hand side of the image frame. He is blinking. Image 13 is very similar to image 12, but here the man is not blinking. Image 14 shows a man with think, straight hair parted toward his right wearing a dress shirt and tie. His torso is oriented toward the camera, and he is looking off toward the right-hand side of the image. His mouth is open slightly, and he may be speaking. He is shown from the chest up. There is a framed landscape painting or photograph partially visible on the wall behind the man. Image 15 is very similar to the previous image, but here the man is blinking. Image 16 is very similar to image 14, but here the man's head and torso are turned partially toward the left-hand side of the image frame. Image 17 shows a man with combed-back hair wearing a collared work shirt. His head and torso are turned partially toward the left-hand side of the image frame. His mouth is open slightly. Image 21 shows an older woman with loosely curly hair worn up wearing a coat similar to a pea coat over a zippered top. He head and body are turned partially toward the right-hand side of the image frame. She is looking toward the camera and smiling. She is shown from the mid-torso up. Image 22 is very similar to the previous image, but here the woman's head and body are turned directly toward the camera. Image 23 is very similar to image 21, but here the woman's head and body are turned more toward the right-hand side of the image frame.
