Description

Black and white photo of a WW I German gun. The gun is on a concrete pad, and has a pair of large wooden wheels, a shield, and a barrel. There is also a tongue for towing. Behind the gun is grass, trees, a fence, a street with vehicles, and buildings. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#1302 12/13/39. On the back is stamped "013". The photo is inserted, along with a negative of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "12/13/39 German field gun, captured in the World War, in City (Sylvester) Park, Olympia". Stamped is "1302" and "indexed".
