The image is of a runner and has the words "Madfest, 5th Lacey Mad Dash, mad dasher 1984, 5.2 miles, June 30, sponsored by South Sound National Bank". There is a paper tag sewed into the brim that says "RN 56398, CA 00579, C. V. Cotton, C. V. Coton, made in Korea, Fabrique en Coree".
