In the middle background are two towers with cables strung between them and a part of the roadway in place. At the left is land. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#2035 4/20/40".
The negative is inserted, along with a print of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "4/20/40 -- Tacoma Narrows Bridge showing a portion of the road way in position". Stamped is "2035" and "indexed".Made/Created
