There is superstructure on the deck, and a man is standing there. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#2045 4/22/40".
The negative is inserted, along with a print of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "4/22/40 -- Olympia Cornell #10 being moved into position for launching by Reliable Welding Works". Stamped is "2045" and "indexed".Made/Created
