There is superstructure on the deck. There is a white border on all sides, and in the bottom border is "#2047 4/22/40".
The negative is inserted, along with a print of the image, into a cream colored envelope that has typed "4/22/40 -- Olympia View of truck, braced against end of barge, hauling in line on truck power winch to launch barge". Stamped is "2047" and "indexed".Made/Created
